This is wholecloth quilt which means it is made from a single piece of fabric on the front and the back rather than a pieced quilt. The quilting is done by machine in a meandering pattern that is subtle so as not to distract from the print of the fabric. The finished size is approximately 35 inches by 45 inches.

All the fabric is premium 100% cotton, and the batting is 100% cotton as also. It has been pre-washed in All "free-and-clear" soap to start the proccess of softening the fabric.

I make all these quilts myself, one at a time, and each one I make I put everything into it, using the best quality products I can find. As a mother to seven children who has made multiple baby quilts for all my babies, and grandbaby I have found the best quality fabrics that keep their color, and soften through many years of use and washing. Care Instructions: Machine wash in cool water; and then tumble dry. The more the quilt is washed and dried, the softer and more cuddly the quilt will become.
